JW, if people didn’t realize that it’s a D before, what did they see it as then? :| I’ve noticed that it’s a letter “D” from the start..

Hahaha soo true.. i always knew it was a “D” but never saw it as a “D” for some reason?  I had the epiphany like a year or two ago hahaha. That’s the kind of stuff I learned in college.
